If you visit us in winter, start your mornings skiing Utah's famous Champagne Powder at any of our three world-class resorts, then spend the afternoons enjoying our incredible imported Spanish horses. Or, attend a weekend clinic, then ski the mornings of the following week, returning to Placido Dressage in the afternoons to practice what you have learned or take some additional lessons, knowing that your horses is well cared for all the while.

If you visit us during summer or fall, you will find perfect conditions for hiking and mountain biking. Start your morning with a hike or bike ride in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains, then head to Placido Dressage for the afternoon.

Getting To Park City

Park City is located about 30 minutes east of Salt Lake City, Utah. We recommend that you rent a car when visiting Placido Dressage, as public transportation options are limited and taxis are somewhat expensive. If you prefer not to rent a car, you may take a shuttle to your lodging, and then there is free transportation within Park City. You will need a taxi to reach Placido Dressage.

Closest to Placido Dressage

Placido Dressage is located in Silver Creek, which is just off I-80 at the Silver Creek exit. It is quite close to the Redstone area of Park City, so lodging options in Redstone and at the Canyons Resort are very convenient for your visit to Placido Dressage.

Skiing Park City

Park city is home to three fabulous mountain resorts. Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and The Canyons. You may want to coordinate your trip to Placido Dressage with a ski vacation!
